Today we are here to sell corn gelato made from corn harvested at an altitude of 1,200 meters at the foot of Mount Ontake.
The characteristics of this corn are that it is grown at an altitude of 1,200 meters and has a very high sugar content, with an average sugar content of around 18 degrees and a record high of 23 degrees.
The freshly picked corn is preserved, pureed, and frozen as it is.
