My name is Churayuna Corporation. I would like to introduce to you a product we are dealing in called “early harvested raw mozuku” produced on Izena Island.
Izena Island is a remote island in the north of Okinawa Prefecture, with a population of about 1,000 people.
There is a product called “Early Harvested Fresh Mozuku” harvested there.
Early harvested mozuku is a mozuku sprout that is picked earlier than normal mozuku and is called “early harvest mozuku”.
