We make vegan cheese out of cashews and almond milk, it’s all handmade by us.

we learned the techniques from traditional cheese makers and today we are adapting to vegan cheese.

So today we have great best sellers, the best ones are six to them.

Today we have a Camembert style, it’s called Josephine, we have a blue cheese style called Jean, we have a goat cheese style like a log called Jill,

we have also a wash lime cheese like a Munster it’s called jean-jaques,

we have also a grated cheese style, we have also a Parmesan shaving style,

we have everything you need to have the best cheese platter, the best pasta, the best pizza ever, with French know-how.

We made everything from scratch so we make the almond milk, we mix it with the cashews, we ferment everything,

we mold them and then we have have more bacteria that will help the taste develop flavors, textures, smells, aromas,

so all of this is the transformation of their proteins, the lipids, the sugars, that are in the milk, in the cashews

and then will be transformed with time thanks to humidity thanks to temperature.

It’s pure cheese making tradition and they will become the smelly, tangy, tasty, very lactic-like cheese style paste.

and then with time, with maturing they will become vegan cheeses, traditional vegan cheeses.
