Hi I’m Selenam I’m representing Verdino Green Foods, we are a plant-based producer from Romania, our headquarter and plants are in Transylvania in the middle of Romania.
we are very excited to be here in London with our Innovations in Fish, with with our plant-based fish brand unfished.
We are showcasing here new categories of products, like
Plant Salmon Sashimi, PlanTuna Sashimi, they are our trademarks.
they are really good ingredients and based for sushi type products, but also for tuna pasta bake or fish cakes.
I know British people like to enjoy them here so we are prepared with with dedicated dishes.
They are made of different types of plant proteins, like rice, fava beans and also pea protein.
So we we use different different mixes of plant-based proteins.
