Hi, my name is Lee Carr, I’m the Brand & Marketing Manager for Sons of Butchers.
We’re a fourth generation Irish company from the west of Ireland who have been producing sausages and rashers and black and white pudding since 1934.

But in the last four years we’ve gotten into plant-based meat alternatives.

We have a range of plant-based beef products, chicken products and we’re getting into cheese very, very soon.

Most of our products are made primarily using soya and wheat protein but we also have a blend of pea protein that we use in a certain end of our products such as our burger and our meatballs.

We are retail focused, but we’re also private label manufacturers as well as we supply food service.

This is exclusively to Ireland at the moment but we are looking to get into the UK in the coming months
