Here, we are presenting a proposal for automating a grinding machine using a cooperative multi-jointed robot called GrindSelf.
This is an automatic grinding wheel change, automatic workpiece change, and automatic hand change because the hand needs to be changed.
This one, the grind-self, is a cart system.
During the day, a human works on the grinder, and at night, when you go home, you bring this robot with you in a loaner car to move it around.
So, we are proposing the automation of machine tools that work 24 hours a day.
This is a QR code, and by checking it with a vision camera, the tilting of the cart can be corrected by the operator.
