Soy meat has become popular recently, but I’ve always felt that it’s dry, has a strong soybean smell, and doesn’t taste good.
So, this time, I made delicious Chinese food with the cooperation of President Tanaka, who has been training under Mr. Kenichi Chen for about 10 years and is also producing his own restaurant.
This is basically oiled, so you can boil it in hot water or heat it in the microwave and eat it.
