Hi my name is Rich Neal I’m with RN Technologies what we’re showing today is an expansion platform
for UAVs one of the interesting aspects of the design is that the expansion platform is designed
for UAVs one of the interesting aspects of the design is that the expansion platform is designed
to work in an airframe independent design metaphor what that means is that we designed the expansion
platform to fit different drone manufacturers so that the actual result is something very clean
so such that the expansion platform could fit in a very integral manner to the Drone manufacturer
that eliminates the expansion platform and payload capability interfering so that the Drone can
operate in a way where you’re not blocking any of its own sensors that especially it becomes
important as more devices are autonomous here we’re showing an example of a dual gas
sensor module as taking up one of the slots in this expansion platform you can have up to 10
different configurations of different modules for this particular airframe obviously in different
different configurations of different modules for this particular airframe obviously in different
airframes you would have different permutations and numbers of modules as a Visa May the expansion
platform also features a processor module that provides a dedicated computer to drive the
actual devices to performing data aggregation Edge analytics and the ability to communicate with the
Drone manufacturer or if need be there’s actually another secondary communication pass for Wi-Fi six
and in addition you could add a RF communication path for long distance radios even satellite
