The idea of this system is that we are able to measure the wheel profile of a vehicle which is driving over our system.

Yes so here you can see small demo prototype of our system.

And the system is based in contactless measurement.

We have different lasers which are being projected to the wheel.

And with the cameras, we capture these images. And we are able to to obtain the 3D coordinates of the of the profile of this wheel.

This is important because, here you can see for example, what these cameras are reconstructing from this wheel.

This is important because from this profile we are able to capture some to calculate the main wheel parameters that are used to do a predictive maintenance of the of the wheel.

It’s important to keep the wheels good condition with an appropriate profile in terms of safety, comfort.

And also it’s an important economical aspect to take into account in the maintenance of a vehicle.

With this system what we offer is a big important data so that they can take a decisions to maximize, to optimize the maintenance,

to do a predictive maintenance in order to maximize availability and reducing the cost of these assets.
