Mighty Car Service Corporation is exhibited Next-generation AGVs “Agilox OCF” and “Agilox ONE” at Logis-Tech Tokyo 2022.

We would now like to introduce the Agilox OCF, an intelligent guided vehicle manufactured by Agilox in Austria, and the Agilox ONE.

The Agilox OCF will now stack pallets from the black station on top of pallets from the white station.

Pallet height is pre-set.

Then Agilox ONE in the rear moves the pallet from the green station to the black station.

Agilox, a European-Australian company, is working to solve the problems that current AVGs have.

The company specializes in the development and manufacture of automated forklifts for IGVs: Intelligent Guided Vehicles, the next generation of AGVs.

Agilox One shows parallel and other movements for demonstration purposes.

The ability to move in parallel allows pallets to be moved in tight spaces.
This reduces aisle space in warehouses and factories.

I would like to raise three features of the Gillock IGV.

The first is that each unit is equipped with swarm intelligence, which eliminates the need for expensive system construction and

Multiple units can be easily linked.
Furthermore, since no central control is required, even if each unit fails, the remaining units can still operate, reducing downtime.
Furthermore, since no central control is required, even if each unit fails, the remaining units can still operate, reducing downtime.

Second, because current AGVs require reflectors and magnetic tape, and Agilox, the next generation AGV, does not require any of that

The system saves time and money by eliminating the need to set the position of reflectors during initial installation or at the time of layout changes.

Third, the ability to move 360 degrees in all directions, including directly to the side, eliminates the need for space previously required for turning, and reduces the time and cost of setting the position of the reflector.

The machine can enter narrow aisles in a horizontal position, enabling effective use of warehouse space.

From here, Agilox OCF moves the stacked top pallets from the white station to the green station.

Agilox OCF picks up pallets by detecting the hole position in the pallet with a laser sensor on the toe.

The Agilox One in the back is spinning in circles because it is a demonstration, but rest assured that it does not normally spin like this.

As for the specifications of each, Agilox CF has a lift height of 1600 mm and a maximum load of 1500 kg.

Agilox 1 has a maximum load of 1000 kg and a maximum speed of approximately 5 km/h for both.

If the user requests, we will be happy to lend a demo machine for a demonstration, so please contact us.
