Hello, Our company is a company that mainly develops and produces equipment for semiconductor post-processing and semiconductor thin film measurement.
The products we are currently exhibiting are equipment that can extract and analyze electrical properties of IGZO metal oxide films without patterning, and the name is Vigth.
Until now, it was impossible to directly extract the electrical properties of the IGZO thin film from the film state, especially the properties of the transistor.
The concept of such equipment did not exist until now. So we developed our own method.
We can provide a total solution by developing related probe pins, contractors fine control to control pressure, measurement methods, etc.
Currently, this product is undergoing demonstration and technology evaluation with display-related companies in Korea.
