This is an oven called Alfred, which we imported for the first time this time from the region of Strasbourg in France.
This stone kiln is a wood-fired
kiln, and it is a wood-fired kiln that produces stone from a place where good stones can be obtained in the area.
There are three types of wood-fired kilns and stone kilns in the world.
These three types can be divided into three types depending on whether the position of the chimney is in
the center of the oven, or in the front, or in the middle.
What we have chosen this time is in the middle.
In regards to this, we have selected a form that can bake bread, bake pizza, bake meat and fish, and
introduce it to Japan.
This has won the Silver Award of the Italian Design Awards.
