Hi there, I’m Charlie from Bermar and today we’re at the London wine fair,
exhibiting our wine and champagne preservation systems, ‘Le Verde Vin’ and ‘Podbar’.

The systems are all made here in the uk and we’ve been in business now for 30 years,

providing some 70,000 on-premise operators in around 90 countries around the world.

Our systems are primarily used by restaurants, bars, hotels but also winemakers and producers around the world.

I’ll give you a quick demo of how the system works.

Really simple, one system.
You can preserve your entire wine list so all still wines and all champagnes.

Starting with still ones really simple, open the bottle, pour your customer of glass,

then use our e-stopper put it in the top of the bottle, and push it up to our steel wire nozzle.

It goes orange while it’s working and green when it’s done.
You’ve now preserved that open bottle for 21 days.

Same system you preserve all of your sparkling wines, this includes champagnes, carvers, proseccos.

Again open the bottle pour the customer glass, stick our champagne stopper in the top and this time we’re going to a different nozzle,

the champagne nozzle which introduces a precise burst of CO2, back into the top of the bottle,

locking in the natural fizz and preventing the wine from oxidizing.

So the next time you serve a customer of glass, it is as if you have opened the bottle for the very first time.
