We are specialized in making camera enclosures for machine vision systems.
If you come into any factory these days, you have a lot of cameras inspecting the products doing quality control, measuring things and of course the same happens in the food industry.

You have very special requirements especially for open food processes like this.
Here could be a symbolize the conveyor belt so you have for instance open food like meat fish on the conveyor belt.
In the evening they do wet cleaning so that means there with high pressure hose down washed down,
to remove the food scraps and they might fly up and contaminate the camera housing above the conveyor belt.
For this reason the camera housing needs to be very easy to clean.
We need to seal all the gaps so we can’t have bacteria built up between the lids and the enclosure for instance.
Because otherwise the bacterias could could build up here and that would drip down onto the food the next day.
So for this reason you’re very strict requiring hygienic requirements for a camera system installed on the food conveyor.
This is just an example for an application we have a pizza here on the conveyor belt and on the cameras screen on the video screen on the left.
We count the pizza the salami slices on the pizza so it says 19 salami slices.
If i would cover some some slice it says not enough salami it’s just an application to show customers what you can do.
But of course there are many other things there’s 3d measurement of food like salmon for instance.
Control for foreign bodies you don’t want plastic in your food for contamination.
A lot of cameras are used then again we have not only enclosures but also complete hygienic mounting system.
So it makes it easier to install camera equipment hygienically over conveyor belts.
